BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST/REPORT WRITER
Primarily responsible for designing and
writing adhoc reports from the ICC SQL data mart, and
designing/implementing process enhancements, utilizing both

Independent Can Company is seeking an experienced Production
Line Mechanic to join our production team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for repairs and the
maintenance of production machinery. Must have clear
knowledge of mechanical systems such as pneumatic equipment,
power transmission principles, conveyor systems, and the
ability to read precise measuring equipment and drawings.
Must have excellent trouble shooting skills while using a
clear and logical approach in solving mechanical problems.
Must be dependable, have ability to work under pressure and
be a self-starter. This position is key to our production
operations so not only is overtime a condition of employment
but the norm for at least six months of the year.
Responsibilities also include checking for quality
production and remedial action to ensure total customer
satisfaction and achievement of Company goals. This position
requires someone who will train, guide, and work with
machine operators in a positive, cooperative, and mentoring

PRINTING PRESSMAN
(3-5 Years Experience Required)

Maryland, a successful family-owned Can Manufacturer and
Metal Decorator, is seeking an experienced Printing
Pressman to join our team. The successful candidate must
be a qualified Pressman experienced in operating 36” and
45” presses. Experience in operating console controlled
Planeta or Rapida presses is helpful or printing
sheet-fed metal. The selected candidate will be
responsible for preparation, setup, running and routine
maintenance for 4-and 6-color lines with UV curing
inter-decks and trailing UV coaters. This is a five to
six day per week job; overtime is a condition of
employment and is paid after 8 hours per day. Successful
candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities also include the absolute assurance of
product quality standards that are in strict and
complete compliance with Company goals and the
customers’ expectations. This position requires someone
who is proactive and willing to commit the hours
necessary to meet the customers’ needs while mentoring
and training the personnel assigned to the team. This
