Engineering is a critical part of the development and improvement of a custom tin, industrial package or metal component.

Engineering new products and continuously improving the manufacturing process is a critical part of being able to support our customers. The look, safety and functionality of specialty packages depend on a team of experienced and committed personnel in every department. In order to stay abreast of rapidly changing technologies our engineering team participates in seminars throughout the world as a member of the International Packaging Association.

Right the First Time
We can design, build and install tools to create virtually any size or shape can the marketplace demands. Working with the latest design and engineering technology, we guide and assist customers through every step. As a project progresses we often recommend design enhancements and cost-saving modifications. When we take on an existing product line our goal is to not only duplicate the package as it is but also, whenever possible, improve upon it. Our 3D modeling system allows us to relay concepts to our customers in visual form as they are developed.

Computer Numeric Controlled Machining software in our tool shop enables us to meet ever-changing customer specifications and helps us to prototype new or modified containers more quickly.

Our Quality Assurance personnel answer directly to the top levels of management. First-run and periodic testing is done on every package to ensure consistent product appearance and performance.
